St. Pete Beach Hotel Rooms

At TradeWinds Island Grand, you’ll have access to a wealth of great amenities, from exciting activities to indulgent experiences.

Many incidental and a la carte charges have been eliminated and those amenities are now included in the required nightly resort amenity fee. The fee covers cushioned beach cabanas, paddleboats along the meandering waterway, tennis court times, fitness center use, parking, guest room wireless internet access, and day play for volleyball and mini-golf. Of course, daily newspaper delivery, in-room safes and pool towels are included with your TradeWinds stay.

Dining & Entertainment

Choose from 11 unique dining and entertainment venues at TradeWinds Island Grand. From the attentive service of Palm Court Italian Grill, to the freshest seafood and steaks at Bermudas to live entertainment or the excitement of the big game at one of the bars, to quick stops for ice cream or Pizza Hut, you’re sure to find something to fit your style.

Island Grand features five heated pools, including one exclusively for adults and another just for toddlers. Two whirlpools are also available for relaxation after a long day.

Our Florida location offers warm sunshine, blue skies and gentle sea breezes every day, so you can enjoy a wide range of recreation. Head to the beach for water sports, play on our two Har-Tru® tennis courts, take a paddleboat along our meandering waterway, play beach volleyball, mini golf or take on our giant inflatable waterslide. Or simply kick back in a cabana or hammock and sip your umbrella drink. The choices are limitless.

Room Amenities

The wide range of our guest accommodations offer many of the conveniences of home. In each you’ll find high-speed internet access, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, TV with premium channels, makeup mirror and hairdryer, phone with voicemail and much more. All accommodations are non-smoking.

Spa & Fitness

Your fitness regimen doesn’t need to take a break just because you are. The fitness center is available for guests 18 and over (or 16 and over when accompanied by an adult) and includes treadmills, bikes, elliptical trainers, Nautilus® circuit machines, free weights and more. After a great workout, pamper yourself with a massage, skin care treatment, spa services and more at Body Works Salon.

Shop for Tommy Bahama resort wear, pick up sunscreen and beach necessities, or stock up on snacks, beverages and other sundries at our resort shops. A number of boutiques and souvenir shops are close by as well.

Pet Amenities

A select number of suites at Island Grand are available for you and your pets. Features include a secure Pet Play Zone, Doggie Accessory Center and marked paths along the waterway. Just a short drive away at Fort DeSoto Park is a highly acclaimed dog-friendly beach. Learn more about our pet policy.
